The venue can accommodate up to 299 people for a seated reception.

Kyle's Farm is a pet-friendly venue.

Nothing other than the security deposit. If you are interested, we can discuss a package addition that includes all of set-up and breakdown.

ONLY beer and wine are allowed. A licensed bartender must distribute alcohol. Visit our vendor list for more information.

Final balances are due 14 days prior to your event, unless previously discussed.

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $200 per day. The rental fee includes one day prior to your event for set-up purposes.

We do allow outside catering, but we prefer you choose from our approved vendor's list.

Ample on-site parking is available around the gymnasium.

Events must end at midnight due to local ordinances. There is a local Air BnB that can be rented for overnight needs.
